At Porth Gwyrdd Support, we believe the same is true for young people. With encouragement, opportunities and the right environment, every young person has the potential to grow, thrive and bloom in their own unique way.
This summer, we're giving away free wildflower seeds at our events—and if you're reading this, you've probably already got a pack in your hands!
What to do
1. Plant your seeds
Scatter your wildflower seeds in a garden, pot, window box or a green space in your local community. Then give them the care, time and patience they need to grow.
2. Watch them bloom
As your flowers begin to flourish, we hope they'll remind you that, with the right support, amazing things can grow—both in nature and in young people.
3. Share your story
