Porth Gwyrdd will be attending the Annual Transition Roadshow on Wednesday 29th April in the Grand Hall at Ysgol Heol Goffa!
The event aims to provide information for young people aged 14–19 with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) about the support and opportunities available to them as they prepare to leave school.
